kathryn_adams ,Very delicious! I actually boiled some orzo, cooled it, topped it with fresh arugula, and then put the salmon and sauce on top. It was GREAT! My fiancé loved it too!8y
bastonrach ,amazing such a good way to make salmon. took 15 minutes to cook mine and near the end i turned it over to make sure the bottom was done was so soft and melted in my mouth. wouldnt fry salmon again after eating it like this9y
jackiechan042003 ,The flavor came out well, I tweaked it a bit. Didn't have capers but I added white wine and parsley, lessened the Dijon mustard out of personal preference. I've never grilled salmon, it took a lot longer than the recipe states and salmon ended up kinda crunchy on the outside but that was one of my favorite parts! Served with brown rice.10y
