Four Cheese Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Four Cheese Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Ready in 1 hour

A rich and creamy backed Macaroni & Cheese recipe. Everyone should have a recipe like this in their repertoire.

"I use mozzarella and cheddar cheeses in my baked macaroni, so I was curious of how this recipe differed. I must say that this macaroni was delicious!! While I did not use the Muenster, Sharp, or Jack cheeses the incorporation of the other ingredients along with my mozzarella, cheddar, and seasonings brought my macaroni to a whole new level. Thank you for posting!"

So yummy, I added ground mustard and paprika then sprinkled Italian bread crumbs on top, and topped it with panko bread crumbs for extra crispyness!

This was very good. My significant other doesn't like Velveeta, so I substituted it with Salsa Con Queso and also added tuna to it. I will definitely be making this again!

Wow this is Mac and cheese! Rich and very buttery. I used all cheeses called for except subbed gouda for the Monterey Jack. It was incredible. I will make this again but will most likely cut the butter called for by a couple tablespoons. All in all great recipe.
