Ingredients
| 16 sliceswhite bread torn in to small pieces |
| 4 Eggs |
| 4 cupsmilk |
| 2 cupsSugar |
| 1 tspvanilla |
| 1/2 stickbutter or margarine; melted |
| Cinnamon/sugar mixture; (1 tsp. cinnamon to 1/2 cu |
| WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE: |
| 1 stickbutter or margarine |
| 6 oz.white chocolate or almond bark |
| 6 tspwater |
| 1/2 tspvanilla |
| 1 cupconfectioner's sugar |
BREAD PUDDING with WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Place pinched bread evenly in 9 x 13 dish. Mix together all other ingredients except cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour mixture over bread. Bake 30 - 45 minutes or until firm.
SAUCE: Melt together margarine and chocolate in microwave, being careful not to scorch. (I do 30 seconds at a time). Add other ingredients and stir until smooth. Mixture may be grainy at first, but keep stirring! Pour over cooked bread pudding.
