Ingredients

Are you making this? 
5 cans evaporated milk
5 cans water; (use the empty evaporated milk can as a measure)
3/4 cup cocoa; (dilute in some of the milk)
8 oz baking chocolate
2 tbsp corn starch; (dilute in a little water or milk)
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter; (for shine)

Preparation

Shave or grate the chocolate. Bring milk and water to a boil. Whisk in the cocoa, baking chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Simmer, then add the corn starch, when thickened, remove from heat and add the butter. Serve hot.
