Original recipe makes 8
| 1 lbground beef |
| 1 packethidden valley ranch mix |
| 1 packettaco seasoning |
| 1 canblack beans; (undrained) |
| 1 canwhole kernel corn; (udrained) |
| 1 canranch style beans; (undrained) |
TACO SALAD Preparation
brown ground beef, add to a large pot or crock pot add remaining ingredients, DO NOT DRAIN ANYTHING bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer
serve on a bed of lightly crushed corn tortilla chips and top with sour cream and cheese. you can even use taco sauce as a topping.
