Louise's Easy No-bake Cheesecake
Original recipe makes 10
| 8 oz.cream cheese; I prefer Philly |
| 1 cansweetened condensed milk |
| 1/3 cuplemon juice; fresh squeezed |
| 1 tspvanilla |
| cookie pie crust; graham cracker or chocolate |
Louise's Easy No-bake Cheesecake Preparation
In a blender combine the sweetened condensed milk, the lemon juice, & the vanilla. Slowly add in the cream cheese while blending. Pour into the pei crust & refridgerate overnight (or at least 4 hours.).
