Drommar (Swedish Cookies)
This recipe for Swedish Dreams comes from my great aunt Ellen Borgman. They are my favorite cookies, lightly vanilla in flavor and dissolve in your mouth.

Drommar (Swedish Cookies) Preparation
Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla extract together. Add to this, the hjortronsalt, and mix in the flour.
Roll into small balls (~ 1 inch diameter).
Bake in slow oven at 325° F for 20-25 minutes. Check at 13 minutes. The cookies when finished will be light golden in color.
