Bryssel Kex (Swedish Sugar Cookies) Preparation
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and beat well. Add vanilla and flour, mix well.
Roll into log (~ 2 inch diameter), divide into two rolls. Roll in red sugar, or chopped nuts. Let stand in refrigerator over night. Cut into thin slices. Bake at 350° F about 7-10 minutes until a nice color (just golden or a little lighter)
