Quick dish for a taste of mexican.

"I added cumin and green verde sauce to the cream mixture and used a whole can of black olives, sliced, added to the layers. I only used 1 cup of cheese and fat free sour cream, and topped it with some green jalapeno sauce...it really tasted like a burrito at a fast food place." - guitarmom

1 poundGround beef
1/2 mediumOnion; chopped
1 packageTaco Seasoning
6 largeFlour tortillas
1 12-oz canRefried Beans
1 1/2 cupsTaco Cheese; shredded
1 12-oz canCream of Mushroom
4 ounceSour cream
1 jarSalsa; to taste

Creamy Burrito Casserole Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Add taco seasoning and stir in

refried beans. Mix soup and sour cream in a separte bowl.

Spread 1/2 of sour cream mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream mixture. Put 1/2 the

meat/bean mixture over that. Add a layer of cheese. Spoon salsa over

the cheese.

Repeat the layers, but leave out the salsa, with cheese over the top

and bake uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

    This was excellent!!! My kids loved it!!! I made it exactly like the recipe said and I will definately be making this on a regular basis. Also this is very quick and easy to put together. Thank you so much for this recipe!!!!
