Creamy Burrito Casserole

Quick dish for a taste of mexican.
"I added cumin and green verde sauce to the cream mixture and used a whole can of black olives, sliced, added to the layers. I only used 1 cup of cheese and fat free sour cream, and topped it with some green jalapeno sauce...it really tasted like a burrito at a fast food place." - guitarmomYield: 0 Ready in 45 minutes
