AESG , 2 months agoI used a third of a teaspoon of dried thyme. Worked fine.
hunnyb , 3 months agoLoved it. Wish I would have found this when I was pregnant, I would crave green beans with a lot of butter. This would have been much healthier. And my daughter is now 1yr and a few months she really like them too she ate several. Thanks for sharing.
CheriseD86 , 4 months agoI was short a few ingredients but even without the lemon and thyme it was absolutely delicious!

Filmboy , 9 months agoit was good but I found the thyme a bit strong.
jgalla3 , 9 months agoGreat easy green bean recipe. Can use a hint of parmesan cheese to compliment the sour of the lemon.
cgill7 , 10 months agoShould have used less butter... had a greasy taste. I will try again.
AnnaMariakl , 10 months agoThis recipe is great! I only did 1/2 the butter and twice the lemon though. PS.. it took 30 minutes to cook though!

Lnelson61 , 11 months ago@Flinthart-Thanks for pointing that out. Not sure how the vegan tag got there but it's now been removed. This recipe would be just as good with olive oil instead of butter so I hope you give it a try. Thanks again!
Flinthart , 11 months agoButter is not vegan. You need to recategorise this one.
deanajrussell , 1 years agoWill definitely make again!

Erincpeters , 1 years agoOk, I've never had results like this sauteeing green beans. They usually don't have a very pleasant texture. This technique made a great difference. I actually didn't have thyme or parsley, so I used some fresh dill. I also used garlic powder instead of fresh. Stil amazing. Thanks!
xkimdixon , 1 years agoDelicious and easy to make for this novice cook.
Badboyzgirl , 1 years agoVery easy and tasty. Will definitely make these again.
