Reviews for Chicken Pot Pie

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Quiche and Savory Pies

This is the easiest chicken pot pie I have ever made and it's delicious! The ingredients are very basic and low cost if you don't already have in your kitchen. I made this for Christmas Eve dinner this year and just might make it a tradition.

This is very tasty! Instead of sautéing the chicken, garlic, and onions, I boiled the ingredients in chicken broth that I seasoned with pepper, parsley, and poultry seasoning. Then, I strained the broth and set it aside to add back in later, as the recipe specifies.

Loved it! Used the wrong dough for the pie (didn't know what to look for in The Netherlands for pillsbury pie crust), but the taste was incredible, also filled us up really well.

My family absolutely LOVES this meal!!! I doubled the recipe to make two pies, added Greek seasoning to taste, a dash of rubbed sage, a dash of oregano and a can of cream of mushroom. Thanks for this recipe:)

This is a very tasty pot pie. My hubby enjoyed this as well. I made it as the recipe instructed. I had to play with the salt and pepper because it was a little bland. Next time I will add some diced potatoes, shallots and green onions. We really enjoyed this dish.

This is the best chicken pot pie ever! I expected to need modifications to compensate for blandness, but it's genuinely flavorful and hearty. I love preparing dishes that allow me to clean the kitchen as I go since I'm always pressed for time and don't like leaving a sinkful of dirty dishes overnight. I will definitely be making this again and again.
