This was so yummy and flavorful. I used brown rice lasagna and ground turkey instead of italian sausage. I omitted the ricotta mixture as my hubby and I do not like it . The recipe was delicious without. Will definately make again!

Am I missing something?!? Some reviews commented on the large amount of ricotta cheese - some say they used 20oz. - but the recipe I'm reading only calls for 16oz. Has it been changed? Is it 16, 20 or 60 oz.???

AMAZING! I made this for my husband and he absolutely loved it! The only things I changed was doubling the meatsauce and adding a tablespoon of brown sugar and another tablespoon of white sugar to the meatsauce to add a little more sweetness to the sausage. It was yummy!

Nenonee, what makes this recipe so special is the amount of cheese in it... the 60oz of ricotta is NOT a typo!
