Original recipe makes 15 Servings
Brown, drain
2 cConverted long-grain rice
10 mlGarlic -- minced
1/4 lbButter or margarine
1 tbBlack pepper
1 lbCrawfish tails
1 tbCreole seasoning
Chiles
1 lbAlligator sausage; crumble
Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A
1 cnOnion Soup
2 Bay Leaves
10 ozCn Rotelle tomatoes/w
1 lbMushrooms -- sliced
1 cnBeef consomme
1 bnGreen onions -- chopped
1 lbSmoked sausage -- sliced

Alligator Sausage and Crawfish Casserole Preparation

Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350~ oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time. Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. Can serve 10-20.
