Interesting and easy side dish

"I have made pineapple casserole ALOT. Everytime I make this, people ask for the recipe. I do however, make mine a little different. I first add drained pineapple tidbits, then the sugar, cheese and flour mixture and then on top I use crushed Ritz crackers mixed with the melted butter."

1 cupGranulated Sugar
6 tbspall-purpose flour
2 cupsSharp Cheddar Cheese; Grated
2 canChunk Pineapple; Drained
4 tbspmelted butter
2 cupsCheese Crackers; Crushed

Baked Pineapple Casserole Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and grated cheese

Add well-drained pineapple

Place in an 8 or 9 inch square casserole dish

Drizzle with melted butter

Cover with cracker crumbs

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm

I have made this multiple times now! I love this recipe. It's my top fav. Last time I added some cubed ham we had and it was so good! It's great with regular ritz crackers as well!
