Good old basic pancakes
"I made these for my husband and 16 month old and they LOVED them! They were so light and fluffy! I cooked them in a cast iron skillet and they turned out great. I will definitely be cooking these again. It was a perfect portion size for the 3 of us with a little left over. I've never seen my toddler eat so much of any one food in one sitting. Notes Fluffy Pancakes Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add melted butter, egg and milk.
Mix with a whisk until mixed but still lumpy, do not over mix. Pour onto a hot griddle set at 325 degrees, into desired pancake sizes.
Flip pancake when the batter starts to bubble, but before the underside to too brown.
Cooking is finished when the cake is golden brown. Serves 3 Adults, or 2 Adults and two small children
