Original recipe makes 6
2 largechicken breasts; boiled
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 8-oz packagesour cream
1/4 cupchicken broth
2 sleevesRitz crackers
2 sticksmargarine

Chicken Casserole Preparation

Melt butter. Crumble crackers in margarine and stir. Layer ½ cracker mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish. Tear chicken into bite-size pieces and layer over crackers. Mix sour cream, soup and broth together and spread over chicken. Top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.

I added poppy seed and cracked pepper to the mixture and used wheat ritz crackers and it was excellent! YUMMY
