This meal is a family favorite. We serve it with Spanish Rice!

Original recipe makes 10
1 poundGround beef
1 mediumOnion; chopped
16 ounceRefried beans
1/4 cupTaco sauce
1 1/2 teaspoonChili powder
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
10 Flour tortillas; heated
1 cupCheese; shredded
1/2 cupEnchillada sauce

Beef and Bean Burritos Preparation

1. In large skillet, combine ground beef and onion; cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

2. Stir in beans, taco sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cheese; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.

3. Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture onto center of each tortilla. Roll-up each burrito. Top each with some Enchillada sauce.

    This so reminded me of the Ole El Paso Burrito Kit that no longer exists! They changed it and it now has rice and nothing at all like their old recipe!
