Ready in 50 minutes
An easy, delicious and tasty way to cook the salmon, perfect to be accompanied with rice.
"It was yummy. Actually I had a hard time with finding heavy cream here in Kauai where I live, so I used heavy whipping cream (without the whipping). And i didn't know how much salt to put, so I just salted the sauce to taste. I also added some honey on the salmon before adding the spinach topping, added a nice slight sweetness. But I think I might try this with coconut milk in place of cream."- JIJISKI3733

athena_prinkibas 8 months agoVery nice but agree, needs more seasoning and a bit of garlic. Great basic recipe that can be adjusted according to taste x
Tatyana_Charkova 9 months agoThank you for the recipe!! It was easy, quick and yummy! Also instead of onions I used garlic. And together with salmon I cooked asparagus.

Sweetiepie12 1 year agoI really enjoyed this recipe and I'm sure I'll make it again. It was a bit bland but I blame myself as I didn't put much salt or pepper. Next time I will use more seasoning and maybe even throw in some herbs.

nikivds 1 year agovery yummy, made 3 times already. I use a bit less cream and add garlic. and put oven on 180 degrees Celsius and it works well. always turns out yummy
tatumkdavis 1 year agoThis turned out very well! I use 1 cup of heavy cream it was a little soupy but that paired good with the rice.
spruceyrx 1 year agoI used half and half. It was a little too runny. Next time I will reduce the half and half and add some garlic. Very tasty!
marinaihaya 1 year agoEasy and nutritious. I followed the suggestions in this comments section and reduced the heavy cream to 1 cup. Pairs well with brown rice.

fzahra1120 2 years agoDid everyone put the temperature on 350 Celsius or Fahrenheit? Because the recipe calls for Celsius but that's over 600 in Fahrenheit and didn't make sense to me. Help?
Lisabella2011 2 years agoThis is delicious. I added whole grape tomatoes around the edges of the dish and it turned out wonderful. Thank you.
