chadhicks 8 months agoI felt the zucchini and squash were a little watery. I like the version that replaces them with yams and cabbage better.

Reneebee 1 year agoSo quick and easy! I just cleared out my fridge, threw all the veggies in my cast iron skillet and let them cook! Delicious!

Jengerhardt96 1 year agoThis is one of my favorite ways to cook vegetables, especially in the colder months. I used carrot, red onion, potato, turnip and added 15-20 minutes for crispier edges.

Amyo031503 3 years agoYum! Delicious and healthy, too! Added a little balsamic vinegar to the olive oil and finished with a little grated Parmesan for a bit more flavor. Will definitely make again and again!
