6 tbspolive oil
1/4 cupButter
3 largeGarlic; cloves
1 tbspParsley; flakes
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspSalt
6 cupTomatoes; peeled (3 cans)
1 tbspOregano
2 tbspTomato paste

Marinara Sauce Preparation

Combine olive oil, butter in sauce pan.

Chop garlic and parsely together and add.

cook for 5 minutes.

Then, add salt, pepper. Drain tomatoes and chop solids. Add tomatoes and oregano to sauce.

Cook slowly for 30 minutes. Add tomato paste to thicken as you will. Stir and remove from heat.
