Brothers outstanding way to cook shrimp....
"This is an excellent recipe, it works fantastic on chicken as well! The chicken will stand up to the marinade better than shrimp will, but the outside will still start to "cook" with all the citrus in the marinade. Makes for a great easy meal." - ChefHoss

Margarita Grilled Shrimp Preparation
In a bowl mix together Lime, Tequila, Olive Oil, Salt, Sea Food Seasoning, and pepper. Mix in shrimp and marinate for 30-45 min. If marinate doesn't cover shrimp, stir the mixture occasionally. Be sure not to leave the shrimp in marinate to long, otherwise it will start to cook in the lime juice.
You will need 1 package of wooden skewers(DO NOT SOAK)
Skewer shrimp, but leave a little space between each one.
Heat up BBQ. Place the skewers in grill (med/hot). BBQ one side of the shrimp for about 2 min, then flip them over for another 1-2 min. Shrimp should be pink on both sides. Don?t worry if the skewers burn, this will add to the flavor.
Pull the shrimp off the skewers, or serve them on the skewers.
The shrimp is great with cocktail sauce.
