Buttermilk Pancakes (from Marion Cunningham's Breakfast Book) Preparation
Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl
Combine wet and dry ingredients ONLY to the point that all the dry ingredients are "wet"
Do NOT over mix your batter...you should leave it LUMPYthis gives it the right texture
Options: Crushed pecans are GREAT, Blueberries are great also..frozen are fine, but don't add too many or else they won't cook adequately
