Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef and sausage in a large dutch oven. Drain fat in a colander and rinse with cold water. return to dutch oven* and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over spagetti cooked per package directions.
* Can be assembled in the crock pot and cooked on low for 6-8 hours.
