Pancakes Preparation
Whisk together eggs, milk and water until a creamy color
Sift flour into mixture, if you are not using an electric whisk you may want to add a little bit more milk to stop the thickness. And whisk
Whisk to get all flour lumps out of mixture. Add melted butter then stir
Melt 15G of butter onto the frying pan to grease the base
Pour a cup of the mixture onto the pan, rotate the pan to make sure the mixture covers the base of the pan
Use spatula to check for browning underneath
Once browned, flip and repeat last step
Decorate your pancake with some lemon juice and sugar
