Easy popular sweet treat.

1 bagsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cupsbutterscotch chips; (can subsitute peanut butter ch
1 1/2 cupslightly salted roasted peanuts
2 cupschow mein noodles

Chocolate, Butterscotch, Peanuts, Chow Mein Haystacks Preparation

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Mix in nuts and noodles stirring well to cover. Drop by tablespoonful onto a wax paper covered tray. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour until well hardened. Store in air tight container.

Variations include adding coconut or marshmellows in addition to the nuts and chow mein noodles. [I posted this recipe.]
