This is a tasty and very easy chicken cacciatore recipe for the crock pot. Start it in the morning and it's done by dinner time.
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook on high until dish begins to boil. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking until dinner.
If the chicken is frozen or you get a late start, do not reduce heat to low. Leave on high and cook at least six hours.
Serve over white rice.
