1/3 cupKalamata Olives; sliced
3/4 cupRoasted Red Bell Pepper
1.5 tblsCapers
10 clovesRoasted Garlic
4 cupsTomato Sauce
2 tblsFresh Oregano
1 tspChili Flake
3 ozwhite wine
3 tblsButter
1 lbLinguini

Linguini with Caper, Red Pepper and Kalamata Sauce Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and simmer for at least one hour (the longer the better!). While sauce is simmering, boil Linguini according to package directions. Serve sauce over the pasta and enjoy!
