1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Ajies Pepper; (Red and Sweet)
1 headGarlic
1 bunchfresh Cilantro
6 leavesCoriander; (optional)
0.25 cuppitted olives
1 tbspCapers
1 tbspBlack Pepper
1 tbspOregano , Crushed
0.5 cupolive oil

Sofrito (Puerto Rican Cooking Base) Preparation

Was, peel, and seed all veggies.

Puree all ingredients together.

HINT: Freeze in ice cube try to make for easy measuring when using for future meals!
