Chicken Divan

| 2 10-oz packagesfrozen broccoli spears; cooke |
| 2 8-oz packagesOR frozen asparagus spears |
| 1/4 cupbutter or margerine |
| 1/3 cupall purpose flour |
| 1/8 teaspoonground nutmeg |
| 1 cuplight cream or milk |
| 1 cupchicken broth |
| 1/4 cupDry white wine |
| 1/3 cupswiss cheese; shredded |
| 10 ozchicken; sliced cooked |
| 1/4 cupparmesan cheese; grated |
| 1/2 tspSalt |
| 1/8 tspblack pepper |
| paprika |
Chicken Divan Preparation
Arrange cooked vegetables in a 12 X 7.5 X 2 Baking dish.
Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add cream/milk and broth. Cook, stirring frequently until bubbly. Continue cooking 1 - 2 minutes more. Stir in wine. Add Swiss chees and stir until melted.
Pour half of the sauce over broccoli or asparagus. Top with chicken. Pour remaining sauce over alll. Sprinkler Parmesan and paprika on top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 1 - 2 minutes or until golden.
