Caramelized Baked Chicken Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Place the chicken legs in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour evenly over chicken legs. Bake for approximately 1 hour.

**I use drumsticks but any type of chicken can be used.

	cockermom This was a bit disappointing for us and my husband asked me not to make it again. I used 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs......baked them @ 375 for 45 minutes......put them in a nonstick skillet, greased with cooking spray and browned them with some of the baking liquid for a minute or two a side which added some color and reduced the liquid to a nice brown sauce!!!! 	msbadger Family members would not classify me as a 'cook'. I bake often but cooking has never been my strength. This recipe was easy and delicious! The only change I may make in the future is to replace chicken legs with chicken breast (less work for kids who don't like to eat meat off the bones).
