A serving size should be at least 2-3 legs per person and that's even with side veggies and bread. This is much like a recipe my mom made up when I was a kid. To follow her version more closely, I added ginger slices and a lot more garlic. This makes it more flavorful and more Chinese-style. Caramelized Baked Chicken Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Place the chicken legs in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour evenly over chicken legs. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
**I use drumsticks but any type of chicken can be used.
