Original recipe makes 6
10 ouncescondensed cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free; 1 can
10 ouncesCampbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup, condensed; 1 can
10 ouncesskim milk; 1 can
10 ouncesenchilada sauce; 1 can
12 ounceschicken broth; 1 can
1 poundchicken breast tenders
1 cupAmerican cheese; shredded
Frito corn chips

Chicken Tortilla Soup Preparation

Combine ingredients (except corn chips) in crock pot. Heat on LOW for at least 6 hours. Put a handful of corn chips in bottom of soup bowl and ladle hot soup over chips.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 310 Calories; 17g Fat (48.0% calories from fat); 27g Protein; 14g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 82mg Cholesterol; 1211mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 2 Fat.

Notes

You can put in a couple of frozen chicken breasts or use canned chicken breast.
