This is an excellent dip for New Year's. Quick and easy.

Original recipe makes 12
3 cansBlackeyed peas; drained
1 Onion; chopped
1 Bell pepper; chopped
1 small jarDiced pimento
4 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and minced
1 cupWishbone Italian Dressing
Salt & pepper; to taste
1 large bagFritos

Mississippi Caviar Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with Fritos.
