|1/2 cupGold Tequila|
|1 cupLime Juice; freshly squeezed or Minute Maid, frozen|
|1/2 cupOrange juice|
|1 tablespoonChili powder|
|2 teaspoonsKosher salt|
|1 teaspoonBlack Pepper; freshly ground|
|1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced|
|1 tablespoonGarlic; minced|
|1/4 cupCilantro; minced|
|6 Chicken breasts; use either boneless or skin on breasts|
Tequila Lime Chicken Preparation
Combine all ingredients and place in a ziplock bag. Reserve some of the marinade for basting. Refigerate 8 hours.
Grill on gas or charcoal grill for about 8 minutes per side. Baste while grilling. Do not baste with used marinade. Remove from heat, cover and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes.
