Tequila Lime Chicken

This is similar to the Fajita marinade, but different. Things just go better with Tequila!

| 1/2 cupGold Tequila |
| 1 cupLime Juice; freshly squeezed or Minute Maid, frozen |
| 1/2 cupOrange juice |
| 1 tablespoonChili powder |
| 1 teaspoonCumin |
| 2 teaspoonsKosher salt |
| 1 teaspoonBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
| 1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced |
| 1 tablespoonGarlic; minced |
| 1/4 cupCilantro; minced |
| 6 Chicken breasts; use either boneless or skin on breasts |
Tequila Lime Chicken Preparation
Combine all ingredients and place in a ziplock bag. Reserve some of the marinade for basting. Refigerate 8 hours.
Grill on gas or charcoal grill for about 8 minutes per side. Baste while grilling. Do not baste with used marinade. Remove from heat, cover and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes.
