"Best cheese sauce I've ever had. I'm going to use this recipe from now on. It's so simple and took me less than 10 minutes to make and that includes getting the ingredients out of the cupboard and fridge too. I'm very impressed as I always thought my mums cheese sauce was the best but this makes it taste rubbish. I added chunks of ham and a little extra cheese and turned it in to a cheesy carbonara type pasta dish" - Fadam_GYield: 2 Ready in 20 minutes

Cheese Sauce Preparation
Heat saucepan and melt Butter remove from heat.
Add flour and salt and blend.
Add milk.
Return on low heat whilst stirring constantly until it thickens.
Add cheese and continue stirring until melted.
Then Completed for desired dish of your choice.
