Original recipe makes 8
1 1/2 poundsGround Round
1 cupOnion; chopped
1/2 cupWater
2 tablespoonsChili Powder*
2 teaspoonsSplenda*
2 teaspoonsGround Cumin*
1/2 teaspoonSalt*
2 clovesGarlic; minced
2 cansKidney Beans; undrained
2 cansMexican-Style Stewed Tomatoes with Jalapeno Pepper

Chili Preparation

Cook the ground round in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until brown. stirring to crumble.

Add chopped onion

and garlic, cooking until onion is tender.

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

Place meat mixture into crockpot, followed by remaining ingredients.

Cover with lid, and cook on Low for 4 hours.

Spoon into bowls.
