Original recipe makes 8
| 1 1/2 poundsGround Round |
| 1 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1/2 cupWater |
| 2 tablespoonsChili Powder* |
| 2 teaspoonsSplenda* |
| 2 teaspoonsGround Cumin* |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt* |
| 2 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 2 cansKidney Beans; undrained |
| 2 cansMexican-Style Stewed Tomatoes with Jalapeno Pepper |
Chili Preparation
Cook the ground round in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until brown. stirring to crumble.
Add chopped onion
and garlic, cooking until onion is tender.
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place meat mixture into crockpot, followed by remaining ingredients.
Cover with lid, and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Spoon into bowls.
