Original recipe makes 4
3 cupsMedium egg noodles
1/2 cupOnion; chopped
1/4 cupGreen bell pepper; chopped
2 tablespoonMargarine
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1 cupSour cream
1/4 cupmilk
1 1/2 cupsmozarella cheese; Shredded
2 Hot dogs; cut up

Cheesy Noodle Casserole Preparation

1. Cook and drain noodles.

2. As they are cooking, cook onion & green bell pepper in the margarine until tender.

3. Blend in soup, sour cream, & milk.

4. Stir in cheese, hot dog pieces, & noodles.

5. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
