4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packageItalian salad dressing mix
1/2 cupWater
1 packageCream cheese; softened
1 canCream of Chicken Soup
1 4-oz canMushroom stems & pieces; drained

Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken Preparation

1. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.

2. Combine salad dressing mix and water.

3. Pour over chicken.

4. Cover & cook on low for 3 hours.

5. In small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese & soup until blended.

6. Stir in mushrooms.

7. Pour over chicken.

8. Cook for 1 hour or longer or until chicken juices run clear.

9. Serve over rice or pasta.

This was delicious and very easy to make! I added a can of petite diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. The sauce was amazing! My family loved it! I will definitely make it again!

This was very good. Make sure you don't cook too long or the chicken will dry out. I served with egg noodles and sauteed broccoli.

I had to tweak the recipe a little bit as I didn't have cream of chicken and instead used cream of mushroom mixed with chicken broth and it turned out amazing. Definitely will make again!

I have been making this recipe for years. I like to add a can of chopped green chiles to it though gives it a lot more flavor <3 sooo good!

I added the onions, as well. In place of the water I used chicken broth. I used rotini pasta tossed on butter and Parmesan. Delicious! And it was even better the second day!
