Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine juice, brown sugar, mustard, cornstarch and cloves in a saucepan, stir until blended. Cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Add pineapple. Heat through.
Saute ham in margarine. Serve with sauce.
SAUCE VARIATION:
Asian - Add 3 Tbl. soy sauce, 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds.
Indian - Add 1 tsp. curry powder.
Southwestern - Add 1 Tbl. chili powder.
