Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

1/2 8-oz package Linguine
1 cup broccoli
2 tbsp Butter
1 lb Boneless chicken; cubed
1 10.75-oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Cook linguine according to package directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and linguine mixture and heat through.

Serve with additional parmesan cheese.

While it was creamy, I think the cream of mushroom may have been a little too strong my family. It had a wierd taste for us. We did try to make it work, but we couldn't.
