"Very tasty. I made it without the onions ( didn't have & didn't want to go to the store). I served it with can biscuits. You could easily add chicken with the sausage to suit other tastes. "- pfzilla

ParkerHouse 1 year agoThe guys at the firehouse liked it. I used jalapeño sausage and a whole can of peas. We will cook it again. BlaizeAP
achelian 2 years agoI made this recipe because I like all of the individual ingredients, but somehow they didn't merge to become something new and distinct. That's just my opinion. I used Turkey Sausage. I'd make it again because it's pretty easy, but probably not often.
JessieEK 3 years agoI made mine with Smart Dogs smoked sausage franks, and browned them in Vom Fass chili oil for a little spice. Needs a LOT of seasoning, so I add Tony's and liquid smoke at the milk and soup stage.
pfzilla 3 years agoGood dish. Better served fresh. Not as good as leftovers.
