Baked Corn Casserole

Ready in 45 minutes

I have been looking for a recipe for a corn casserole for a while, and this one was good. It is based on, but not the same as a recipe from www.allrecipes.com. I tweeked it a little. ;) It makes a nice holiday dish, and I think it could be spiced up some with just a tiny bit of diced jalapeno pepper.

"Had this casserole for dinner last night and it is a sure winner; even my husband , who is an old-time, plain corn eater was pleased with this dish. Will be making this a lot. Thanks for sharing. "

Made this today for Father's Day as a side dish. Everyone loved it! I didn't put chile peppers, though; just added butter salt and black pepper, and it turned out great! Thanx for the recipe!
