This is an incredible recipe that keeps the turkey moist and delicious. It's healthy, and even the anti-health-food-crowd will love it. It's also "hands on".
mix the turkey with the onion, celery, cranberries, apple, thyme and parsley. DON'T overwork the turkey meat
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a skillet with 2 tbl. Olive oil, medium heat
divide the turkey burgers into four patties and pat to shape
Cook on each side until done, use a meat thermometer so you don't have to cut into the burgers.
Before the burgers are through cooking add the cheese to melt
Place a rice cake on a plate, add the tomato so the juice will moisten up the cake
Add a turkey burger on top
Pick it up with your hands and enjoy! (or use a forkwhatever makes you happy!)
