Original recipe makes 4
1 Seafood Medley
1/4 lbfresh sea scallops
1/2 lbfresh shrimp
1 small packageimitation crab meat
4 stripsbacon; (up to 5)
1 mushrooms; sliced
1 fresh basil
black pepper
salt
garlic powder
angel hair pasta
2 cansstewed tomatos; (roasted garlic and basil)
olive oil

seafood medley Preparation

Coat large skillet with olive oil and heat to med. high. Cut bacon into 1" pieces and add to skillet, with 1/3 cup mushrooms, and scallops. Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Cook scallops, and mushrooms thoroughly. then reduce heat to med. low. Next add two cans stewed tomatos, crab, shrimp, and finely chopped basil. Cook and stir occasionaly until shrimp is cooked completely. Cover and let simmer until pasta is done.

Serve over pasta, and sprinkle a little parmesan cheese over it.
