Original recipe makes 24
3/4 cupFlour
1 cupmilk
1 cupcheddar cheese; (shredded)
1 cupPepperoni; chopped small pieces
1 Egg

Pizza Muffins Preparation

1. Cut the pepperoni up into small pieces (almost dices size)

2. Mix together flour and milk

3. Add cheese

4. Add pepperoni and beaten egg

5. Mix well

6. In mini muffin pans, spray with spray(use lots and be sure to cover well)

7. Put mixture into pan (about 3/4 full)

8. Bake 375 for about 20 minutes

9. Remove from pans immediately (Be careful, they are hot and greasy)

I ADDED SOME ITALIAN SEASONING TO THE BATTER. I ALSO BLENEDED THE CHEESES. I USED AN ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND. MOTZ AND COLBY/ JACK OR YOU CAN USE A BAGGED ITALIAN CHEESES.

Great recipe and always asked to make.
When making them, be sure to line the racks of the oven ,as they get greasy and will flow over. [I posted this recipe.]
