Great appetizer but they disappear sometimes before presenting, them so make a double or even triple batch
1. Cut the pepperoni up into small pieces (almost dices size)
2. Mix together flour and milk
3. Add cheese
4. Add pepperoni and beaten egg
5. Mix well
6. In mini muffin pans, spray with spray(use lots and be sure to cover well)
7. Put mixture into pan (about 3/4 full)
8. Bake 375 for about 20 minutes
9. Remove from pans immediately (Be careful, they are hot and greasy)
