Cover chicken with water (at least 2-3 inches above chicken) and cook until tender. Break chicken pieces up in pan. Add rice, Seasonall, salt, pepper, minced onion, and garlic powder. Cook until the rice is tender. Add slices of American cheese and stir until melted. If soup is too thick, add milk as needed.
