1 headbroccoli; chop all stems and florets, fairly small
1/2 red onion; chopped small
10 slicesbacon; cooked crisp, crumbled small
1/4 cupsunflower seeds
1/2 cupraisins
1 cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupSugar
2 Tcider vinegar

Broccoli Raisin Salad Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and cider vinegar well, toss over salad ingredients. Best made day before.

This was a big hit and I will make it again for sure. I cut the dressing amounts in half and I microwaved the broccoli for 2 minutes, just to soften it a bit.
