Broccoli Raisin Salad

Broccoli Raisin Salad

Ready in 20 minutes

Easy to put together, tasty salad.

"My family loves this salad but since there are vegetarians, I omit the bacon, use cashews in place of sunflower seeds and sometimes a different dried fruit. What ever I use it turns out great!"

This was a big hit and I will make it again for sure. I cut the dressing amounts in half and I microwaved the broccoli for 2 minutes, just to soften it a bit.

Pretty much the same exact thing I had from a Walmart deli. Thanks for posting this.

I submitted that photo. Made it with cashew nuts on a children's party without a bacon. The guests loved it, even the kids. Lessen the sugar a little & added a tablespoon of vinegar. c',)
