slices; ¼ inch
1/4 cupbutter
2 lbround roast
5 cupswater
1/2 cupsoy sauce
1 envelopeonion soup mix
1 cloveminced garlic

Saute onions and butter in skillet

Combine water, soy sauce, soup mix

Place onions in bottom of crock pot, add roast and mixture with 5 cups of water.

Cook on low for 8 hours
