Traditional Homemade Mac & Cheese Preparation
Melt butter in skillet. Add flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk and cream mix while stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes while stirring. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes, keep stirring. Gradually add cheddar and simmer until melted. Mix in cooked macaroni. Put everything in a baking dish. Add a layer of breadcrumbs, as much as you like. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
