cucharadas de grasa de tocino
papa grande; pelada y cortada en trozos
libra (450 g) de carne de res molida
taza de jamón picado
1 cebolla grande picada
pimiento verde (pimentón); picado
cucharada de ajo picado
taza de pasas
taza de aceitunas verdes rellenas con pimiento; cortadas por la mitad
cubitos de MAGGI Caldo Sabor a Res; desmenuzados
cucharadas jugo de tomate
cucharadita de comino molido
cucharadita de orégano seco molido
cucharadita de vinagre blanco
taza vino blanco
cucharada de azucar
Arroz cocido
huevos duros (opcional)

Picadillo Preparation

CALIENTA la grasa de tocino en una sartén grande a fuego medio-bajo. Añade la papa y cocina de 5 a 6 minutos o hasta que esté dorada. Retírala de la sartén y resérvala.

COCINA la carne molida en la misma sartén a fuego medio-bajo hasta que pierda el color rosado; escúrrela. Agrega el jamón, la cebolla, el pimiento verde y el ajo. Cocina mezclando ocasionalmente durante 8 minutos o hasta que la cebolla esté tierna. Añade las pasas, las aceitunas, el caldo, el jugo de tomate, el comino, el orégano y el vinagre.
